Camp Field Trips

Welcome YMCA Camp Carlson where fun and adventure awaits your child daily! Our goal is to help each camper make friends, try new things, and enjoy summer vacation in a safe and caring environment. To best meet the needs of our campers, we place children in age groups appropriate to their skill level, and are supervised by a trained YMCA Counselor.

Caring, respect, responsibility and honesty are taught by our camp staff everyday at YMCA Camp Carlson. 

We not only provide fun, but our well trained staff focuses on values and character development. All counselors are certified in CPR and First Aid, and the Aquatics staff is YMCA and Red Cross certified.  As role models our camp staff is selected for sound judgment, maturity, experience, enthusiasm, and creativity.
